Medoc STL430 Bandsaw Floorstanding
The Medoc STL430 bandsaw is constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with stainless steel pulleys and a double flap.
The bandsaw is sealed to IP65 water and dust protection levels and can be washed under pressure if required.
The bandsaw blade is 3155mm in length and is held in place by the auto blade tensioner.
The blade cleaners are removed quickly without the use of any tools and help prevent build up of product along the blade.
The cleaners and the auto blade tensioner create a bandsaw that has a far better cutting action as well as increasing the life of the bandsaw blades themselves.
The STL430 bandsaw comes complete with a product pusher or half sliding table and a thickness plate to help increase the accuracy of the cut.
The bandsaws has a safety device which stops the blade running within 4 seconds.
The Medoc STL430 bandsaw is built to work in an industrial environment and is suitable for long shifts.

Medoc TM32 Mincer
The Medoc TM32 meat mincer is constructed in high quality stainless steel. The meat mincer has a powerful 3HP main drive motor with a crown drive transmission. The large feedpan of the meat mincer is also constructed from stainless steel and has rounded corners with no dirt traps. The meat mincing machine comes as standard with a manual, plunger and 4.5mm plate with a four bladed knife. The complete meat mincing head, ring and worm are easily detached from the meat mincer for cleaning, helping reduce down time. The meat mincer has a wide throat enabling the meat mincer to be able to mince meat at a throughput of 750kg/h. -
Kolbe K440RS Bandsaw
The Kolbe K440RS floor standing bandsaw is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a sliding table on ball bearings which makes high performance portioning and dissection as comfortable as possible. This table can be converted in seconds to create a full fixed table similar to the K430 model bandsaw. The bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade which is 3370mm long and is removed and replaced easily by use of the quick tension device on the upper wheel as well as the tiltable blade cleaners. The bandsaw blade passes through the table via a table blade guide which keeps the blade in the correct position whilst cutting and can be removed quickly without the use of tools. This bandsaw is ideal for industrial use where long shifts are required, the bandsaw is easily accessible to allow for quick and efficient sanitisation.
