Turbovac D10 Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac D10 vacuum packer is made from high grade stainless steel, the D10 vacuum packer is a great choice for your vacuum packing requirements. The D10 vacuum packing machine has a swing over lid that is balanced on lid springs to enable the operator to move the lid across with very little effort. The advantage of using a double chambered vacuum packer over a single chambered one is that the operator can be preparing the next lot of products and positioning them correctly in the chamber whilst the vacuum packer is vacuum packing more products in the other chamber. This speeds up the vacuum packing process considerably. The control panel for the D10 vacuum packer is fully digitally controlled, featuring a sensor control that is accurate to 1Mbar and continues to pull a vacuum until the set amount is reached. This sensor control can reduce vacuum packing time and enables the operator to create the same amount of vacuum for every product they pack. The D10 vacuum packer comes with four seal beams, two in each chamber, which are positioned to the front and rear of the chamber. They are 620mm in length and the distance between the two is 520mm. Each seal beam creates a double seal on the vacuum bag, however the machine can be upgraded so that cut off wire can be used to replace one of the seal elements and the two different wires are controlled independently from the control panel. The vacuum packer can be easily cleaned, maintained and serviced. The control panel features something called 'service management' and this tells the operator when the vacuum packer requires a service. All the electrical parts of the vacuum packing machine are covered by IP65 water and dust level protection. The vacuum packer is also fitted with a world renown Busch vacuum pump, Busch coat all the internal components of the vacuum pump to further improve their life. The pump fitted as standard is 100m3 but you do have the option of a 160m3 pump if you would like the vacuum packer to complete its cycle a bit quicker. -
Turbovac D30 Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac D30 vacuum packer is constructed from stainless steel with a stainless steel chamber. The vacuum packer's electrical parts are all covered by IP65 water and dust level protection and the chambers are easily cleaned after use. The vacuum packer has a digital control panel that can store up to 10 different programmes. Each programme can be set with individual settings for the packaging of different types of product, this reduces the amount of down time needed when changing over from one product to another. The control panel of the vacuum packer comes with sensor control which allows the operator to set the exact amount of vacuum they would like to achieve which each product and it is accurate to within 1mBar of vacuum pressure. The digital control panel also tell the operator when the vacuum packing machine requires a service. The D30 vacuum packer comes with four seal beams all of 820mm in length with a distance of 700mm between each pair. There are two seal beams in each vacuum packer chamber and they create a double seal imprint on the vacuum bag /pouch. The D30 vacuum packer can be fitted with seal and cut off at an extra cost, with each wire being controlled separately by the digital control panel. There are various different vacuum packers available in the D-range so if you think this machine is not suitable for your needs take a look at the D60, D10 and D40 vacuum packers. -

Turbovac M20 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac M20 vacuum packer features a transparent acrylic lid for increased visual control over your packs, particularly useful when packing moist or liquid products. The M20 vacuum packer is made from high quality stainless steel and is extremely easy to clean for sanitisation purposes. The vacuum packer comes with Turbovac's new control panel which can store up to 10 different programmes and sensor control, which actually measures the amount of vacuum in the chamber. The new control panel of the vacuum packer also measures the moisture evaporation when packing liquids etc. At the optimal level and before the product starts loosing moisture, the sensor detects this point and continues the cycle by sealing the package. The M20 vacuum packer has two seal beams one the left and one on the right of the chamber, each measure 520mm in length and are positioned 545mm apart. Each seal beam has two lines of sealing wire to create a double seal on the vacuum packer bag. The vacuum packer also comes with soft air, which is used when packing products with sharp edges, such as meat with bones in. The products notoriously burst bags when vacuum packers release the air back into their chambers and the vacuum packer bags are deflated quickly around the product. The soft air option regulates the release of the air back into the chamber, meaning the vacuum packer bag deflates slowly around the product, minimising burst bags. -
Turbovac M40 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac M40 vacuum packer is floor standing and constructed completely from stainless steel. The vacuum packer has two seal beams which are 520mm long, they produce a double seal on the vacuum bag and are positioned either side of the vacuum chamber. The distance between the two seal beams is 545mm and can be quickly and easily converted to seal and cut off simply by changing one of the wires on the seal beam. Servicing the vacuum packer couldn't be easier, the digital panel has a self diagnostic control that identifies service needs and possible operational errors. The M-range of vacuum packers save on packing time because of their full sensor controls and computer assisted vacuum process. The best possible shelf life is also achieved due to the vacuum packers sensor control being accurate to within 1Mbar, enabling the machine to pull the same amount of vacuum on every product, no matter how big or small. All the electric components of the vacuum packing machine are covered by IP65 dust and water level protection levels, protecting all electronic parts from splash water and dust. The M40 vacuum packing machine comes complete with either a single phase or three phase Busch 063m3 vacuum pump.
