Turbovac M70 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer

The Turbovac M70 vacuum packer is floor standing and is constructed from stainless steel with a coated aluminium chamber.

These vacuum packers are extremely reliable and competitively priced on both the initial purchase and the required on going servicing and maintenance.

The aluminium range of vacuum packing machines has proved to be one of the most popular range of vacuum packers on the market. The M70 vacuum packing machine comes with a digital display which can loaded with up to 10 different programs to suit different product types and different bag thickness. The new Turbovac control panel comes as standard with sensor control, meaning that each pack that is produced has the same level of vacuum regardless of the size of the package.

The M70 vacuum packer has various options available, starting with the electric supply. The vacuum packer comes as standard with a Busch 063m3 vacuum pump running of a 3 phase supply, however this can be changed to the equivalent 1 phase vacuum pump for an extra cost.

The vacuum packer has two double-seal seal beams, one on the left and one on the right hand side of the machine which are of 500mm in length. The distance between the two seal beams is 500mm.

The vacuum packer can also be fitted with a gas flush option which enables the vacuum bag to be flushed with a different combination of gases to help prolong the life of the food packed within. This is often used for products that would normally be crushed upon vacuum and instead of pulling the bag around the product and crushing it, the gas is flushed into the bag creating a sealed bag with a product surrounded by the gas chosen.
