Turbovac TV55/75 dip tank
The Turbovac TV55/75 dip tank is the biggest dip tank machine we sell. Suitable for commercial use and extremely easy to use the TV55/75 dip tank is one of our best selling machines.
The dip tank is made from stainless steel to Turbovac’s usual high standards. On the side of the dip tank is a drain tap for when you are cleaning down at the end of the working day.
The dip tank platform has a loading capacity of 30kg at any one time and can hold upto 140 litres of water. Once the temperature has been set you want to dip at, siply pressing the start button puts the machine into its cycle.

Turbovac D30 Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac D30 vacuum packer is constructed from stainless steel with a stainless steel chamber. The vacuum packer's electrical parts are all covered by IP65 water and dust level protection and the chambers are easily cleaned after use. The vacuum packer has a digital control panel that can store up to 10 different programmes. Each programme can be set with individual settings for the packaging of different types of product, this reduces the amount of down time needed when changing over from one product to another. The control panel of the vacuum packer comes with sensor control which allows the operator to set the exact amount of vacuum they would like to achieve which each product and it is accurate to within 1mBar of vacuum pressure.The digital control panel also tell the operator when the vacuum packing machine requires a service. The D30 vacuum packer comes with four seal beams all of 820mm in length with a distance of 700mm between each pair. Turbovac M20 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac M20 vacuum packer features a transparent acrylic lid for increased visual control over your packs, particularly useful when packing moist or liquid products. The M20 vacuum packer is made from high quality stainless steel and is extremely easy to clean for sanitisation purposes. The vacuum packer comes with Turbovac's new control panel which can store up to 10 different programmes and sensor control, which actually measures the amount of vacuum in the chamber. The new control panel of the vacuum packer also measures the moisture evaporation when packing liquids etc. At the optimal level and before the product starts loosing moisture, the sensor detects this point and continues the cycle by sealing the package. The M20 vacuum packer has two seal beams one the left and one on the right of the chamber, each measure 520mm in length and are positioned 545mm apart. Each seal beam has two lines of sealing wire to create a double seal on the vacuum packer bag. The vacuum packer also comes with soft air, which is used when packing products with sharp edges, such as meat with bones in. The products notoriously burst bags when vacuum packers release the air back into their chambers and the vacuum packer bags are deflated quickly around the product. The soft air option regulates the release of the air back into the chamber, meaning the vacuum packer bag deflates slowly around the product, minimising burst bags. -
Turbovac T50 Tabletop Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac T50 vacuum packer is ideally suited to vacuum pack fish or long and thin products. The vacuum packer comes complete with two seal beams of 320mm in length positioned one on the right and one on the left of the chamber. The distance between the two seal beams is 800mm allowing plenty of space to fit any product you are packing. The seal beams create a double seal and can be alter easily to seal and cut off just by exchanging one of the wires. The vacuum packing machine is fitted with a world renown Busch vacuum pump, the internal components of which are coated for prolonged life. The vacuum packers electronic parts are protected to IP65 water and dust protection levels and the vacuum packer comes as standard with sensor control which is accurate to 1mBar of vacuum. The vacuum packers control panel will automatically tell the operator when a service is required helping minimize service costs and help service management. Turbovac D60 vacuum packer
The Turbovac D60 vacuum packer comes with sensor control as standard allowing for a more exact vacuum each and every time you use the vacuum packer. The vac packer comes in either a 1ph or 3ph electric supply and each chamber has two seal beams of 600mm in length situated and the front and the back for the chamber. The machine is built from stainless steel and has a painted aluminium chamber. All Turbovac vacuum packers are built using the world re-known Busch vacuum pump, giving you peace of mind that what is driving the machine is Busch's technology and expertise in the vacuum packer industry.
