Kolbe MWK32-80 Mixer Grinder
The Kolbe MWK32-80 mixer grinder is suitable for use in small to medium supermarkets and meat processors that wish to produce sausage mix or minced meat in batches up to 160lb.
The MWK32-80 mincer grinder can of produce 1100kg/h of product and is made entirely from high quality stainless steel. It comes with the choice of either 4kW or 5.5kW drive motor power.
The mincer grinder comes as standard with a 4.5mm L&W plate and knife to suit.
If you need to mince with a plate that has more than 8mm holes in, then by law you are required to protect the head of the machine. The Kolbe MWK32-80 mixer grinder has an optional outlet protection guard.

Kolbe MWK52-120 Mixer Grinder
The Kolbe MW52-120 mixer grinder has a 240lb hopper capacity, a 52 size head and a throughput of 1700kg/h in optimal conditions. The MW52-120 is ideal for use in medium to large meat processors and supermarkets. The MW52-120 mixer grinder comes with the option to add an outlet protection guard for mincing through plates with holes greater than 8mm. The Kolbe AWK52-160 automatic meat mincer is Kolbe's smallest auto cross feed mincing machines with a batch size of between 120 - 130 litre, suitable in big crafts enterprises and mid sized companies. The AWK52 meat mincer can process fresh and frozen, rough dissected meat down to a temperature of -12 degrees C. -
Kolbe K430S Bandsaw
The Kolbe K430S meat bandsaw is built from stainless steel The Kolbe meat bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade of length 3370mm which runs at a high speed of 32 metres per second. This enables the machine to take an extremely thin blade to reduce your waste and improve product appearance. The bandsaw blade is easily removed using the tension device on the upper wheel and the bandsaw blades efficient cleaners are simply tilted away from the blade to allow for convenient and safe blade replacement. The Kolbe meat bandsaw comes complete with a fixed table and additional half sliding table as standard, portion thickness plate and product pusher to allow a quick and precise cutting action. The bandsaw blade travels through the table via a stainless steel blade guide which can be removed simply without the use of a tool, keeping the blade in the correct position for the perfect cut. The K430S bandsaw is ideal for use in an industrial environment. The bandsaw is a perfect addition to any meat processor or large butchery where long shifts are the norm. There is also an option of a fine portioning device with the bandsaw which allows a more precise cutting width. -
Kolbe K330S Bandsaw
The Kolbe K330S floor standing bandsaw is made from stainless steel to Kolbe's usual high standards. The K330S bandsaw comes with gliding table, portion thickness plate and product pusher. Kolbe's new design on the K330S bandsaw has increased the blade tension, resulting in a far better cutting action along with increased blade life. The bandsaw's gliding table can be removed from the table and hinged down to the side of the machine so you are able to work with larger sized products. The bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade of length 2490mm which is very quickly and easily removed.
