The CP Rose MK5 ham boiler has a temperature control thermostat that is infinitely variable to allow cooking temperatures from ambient to boiling.

CP Rose Mark IV Ham Boiler
The CP Rose Mark 4 ham boiler is a table-top water cooker, holding up to 4 hams (or joints) in one go, gently cooking the meat for the finest flavour and maximum profits. The ham boiler can be used to cook beef, poultry, ham and pork. The meat is placed in cooking bags and into the water cooker, cold water is added and the lid placed over the top. The CP Rose MK10 ham boiler is a stand-mounted water cooker capable of cooking up to 5 hams or other meat. The MK10-GE ham boiler is made from polished stainless steel. The ham boiler is fitted with an insulated lid which is designed to fit snuggly on top of the water cooker preventing steam, vapour, and odour. The heating elements at the bottom of the inner pan of the ham boiler are grid elements (GE) in direct contact with the water, providing fast heat transfer in the ham boiler and reducing the warm up time.
