Foodlogistik Dicer Grid Blades
The grid blades are essential to the cutting process of the Foodlogistik dicing machines and consequently it is extremely important that they are kept sharp at all times. Elite Food Machinery Services offer a blade sharpening service for all types of dicing machine blades, and they can be done quickly and efficiently to make sure we reduce the downtime of your machine. Elite Food Machinery Services do however recommend that customer have two sets of blades for their Foodlogistik dicing machine, so they can send one off for sharpening whilst using the other set is on the machine, making sure you are never without your Foodlogistik dicer.

Description
These Foodlogistik dicer grid blades are made from high quality stainless steel and are available off the shelf for next day delivery. The Foodlogistik dicer grid blades come in either 1mm or 2mm thickness and with either a smooth or serrated blade type.
The 1mm blades are suitable for all standard grid sets, with the smooth version ideal for fresh meat / products and the serrated blades for frozen (up to -3’C) meat / products.
The 2mm blades are suitable for specific grid sets made to house 2mm blade sets and again the smooth version for fresh meat / products and the serrated blades for frozen (up to -3’C) meat / products.

This blue fitting piece is part of the mechanism that drives the actuating lever, which in turn drives the grid frames. The item is an integral part of the cutting assembly and is designed to wear through time and by doing so prevent wear and tear on more expensive parts of the assembly. The fitting piece is fitted on the blade shaft and is driven by the motor. This blue plastic fitting piece is located in the grid mechanism and is designed to wear over time, by doing so this prevents wear on other more expensive parts of the grid frame mechanism. The blue plastic fitting piece helps drive the grid frame mechanism and once it has worn down to much can lead to movement in the frames and lead to uneven cutting. The material the blue plastic fitting piece is made from PAS-LX which requires no lubrication and creates no friction which in turn prevents heat build up. -
FOODLOGISTIK Sickle blade – main cutting blade
These original Foodlogistik dicer sickle blades are imported directly from Foodlogistik and are made from the highest quality stainless steel. The cutting blades come in two different sizes to fit to the two main Foodlogistik machine model numbers, Classic 96 (or MS84 or MS90) and the Capacity 126 (or MS120 or MS120JM). In an ideal world we recommend that a customer has two sets of all the blades for their Foodlogistik dicer, this allows our customers to send off one set of the blades to Superior Food Machinery for sharpening whilst the customer continues to use the other set of blades on their machine. This prevents down time and maintains the Foodlogistik dicers smooth, precise cutting action. The Foodlogistik dicer blades should not be sharpened on standard sharpening machines due to the profile edge, this will cause the blade to be miss align in its action and create poor dice results. FOODLOGISTIK Blue square fitting piece for grid frame mechanism – MS84/MS90/MS100 & Classic 96 dicers
This blue square fitting piece is used as a wear and tear item on the Foodlogistik dicers. It is fitted in the grid frame mechanism and helps drive the grids up and down and side to side. It is an essential part of the grid mechanism and is design to wear over time. Once the fitting piece wears it can lead to movement in the grid frames and consequently can cause an uneven cutting action. The item sits on the actuating lever and you need two items per machine. The material used is PAS-LX which requires no lubrication or maintenance and protects all adjacent components from wear and tear. The material used also causes no friction which in time prevents a build up of heat.
