Grinder Plates No52

Description

The No.52 mincer plates that we sell are ideally suited for use on No.52 or occasionally called No.42 meat mincer. The No.52 mincer plate is designed to be used on enterprise systems using one mincer knife and one mincer plate.

We sell three different makes of mincer plate, Salvador or Salvinox, Torrey and L&W.

Salvador mincer plates are manufactured in Italy from hardened stainless steel and are well known throughout the industry. The plates are one sided and can be re-ground when required to re-flatten the surface and to make them last longer.

Torrey mincer plates are manufactured in South America and are made from high quality tool-steel, these are also one sided and can be re-ground.

L&W mincer plates are made in Germany from stainless steel (long life) and tool-steel (standard). The standard mincer plate L&W make is double sided and slightly thinner than the long life mincer plate which is single sided.

Many different hole sizes are available in all the makes of mincer plate we sell and only the regular sizes are available on our website. If you require a different size please do give our spare parts department a call.
