Medoc ST320 Table Top Bandsaw
The Medoc ST320 table top bandsaw is constructed from stainless steel and sealed to IP65 water and dust protection level.
The bandsaw is ideal for a small butchers shop wanting to cut chops and other small cuts of meat.
The bandsaw is very easily cleaned due to its IP65 rating
The ST320 bandsaw takes a 2340 mm in length blade and is easily changed on the machine.
There is an automatic blade tensioner and with the cleaning scrapers prolong the life span of your blades.
Comes with 1/2 sliding bed which folds over to give way to a full flat bed working area.

Medoc STL480 Bandsaw
The Medoc STL480 bandsaw is constructed from robust 18/10 stainless steel, for use in an industrial environmentand for long shifts. The bandsaw is sealed to IP65 dust and water protection levels and can be washed under pressure if required. The blade cleaners are removable without the use of tools, and with easy access to the wheels and blade through the opening doors, maintenance is relatively simple. The bandsaw blades are 3500mm in length, held in place by the auto blade tensioner. This tension along with the table blade guide prevent the bandsaw blade from moving whilst cutting as well as increasing the blade life. The Kolbe K330S floor standing bandsaw is made from stainless steel to Kolbe's usual high standards. The K330S bandsaw comes with gliding table, portion thickness plate and product pusher. Kolbe's new design on the K330S bandsaw has increased the blade tension, resulting in a far better cutting action along with increased blade life. The bandsaw's gliding table can be removed from the table and hinged down to the side of the machine so you are able to work with larger sized products. The bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade of length 2490mm which is very quickly and easily removed. -

The floor model K430 is used in the industry as well as in big meat cutting plants and self service packer. Because of the optimal blade speed, this model is very suitable for the dissection of big quantities of frozen and fresh meat parts as well as for cutting of frozen fish and meat blocks. The K430 can be ordered optionally with a bigger table, the working space will be extended. -
Medoc TM32 Mincer
The Medoc TM32 meat mincer is constructed in high quality stainless steel. The meat mincer has a powerful 3HP main drive motor with a crown drive transmission. The large feedpan of the meat mincer is also constructed from stainless steel and has rounded corners with no dirt traps. The meat mincing machine comes as standard with a manual, plunger and 4.5mm plate with a four bladed knife. The complete meat mincing head, ring and worm are easily detached from the meat mincer for cleaning, helping reduce down time. The meat mincer has a wide throat enabling the meat mincer to be able to mince meat at a throughput of 750kg/h.
