The Kolbe K430S meat bandsaw is built from stainless steel The Kolbe meat bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade of length 3370mm which runs at a high speed of 32 metres per second. This enables the machine to take an extremely thin blade to reduce your waste and improve product appearance. The bandsaw blade is easily removed using the tension device on the upper wheel and the bandsaw blades efficient cleaners are simply tilted away from the blade to allow for convenient and safe blade replacement. The Kolbe meat bandsaw comes complete with a fixed table and additional half sliding table as standard, portion thickness plate and product pusher to allow a quick and precise cutting action. The bandsaw blade travels through the table via a stainless steel blade guide which can be removed simply without the use of a tool, keeping the blade in the correct position for the perfect cut. The K430S bandsaw is ideal for use in an industrial environment. The bandsaw is a perfect addition to any meat processor or large butchery where long shifts are the norm. There is also an option of a fine portioning device with the bandsaw which allows a more precise cutting width.

The Kolbe K440RS floor standing bandsaw is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a sliding table on ball bearings which makes high performance portioning and dissection as comfortable as possible. This table can be converted in seconds to create a full fixed table similar to the K430 model bandsaw. The bandsaw takes a bandsaw blade which is 3370mm long and is removed and replaced easily by use of the quick tension device on the upper wheel as well as the tiltable blade cleaners. The bandsaw blade passes through the table via a table blade guide which keeps the blade in the correct position whilst cutting and can be removed quickly without the use of tools.
