Medoc STL480 Bandsaw

The Medoc STL430 bandsaw is constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with stainless steel pulleys and a double flap. The bandsaw is sealed to IP65 water and dust protection levels and can be washed under pressure if required. The bandsaw blade is 3155mm in length and is held in place by the auto blade tensioner. The blade cleaners are removed quickly without the use of any tools and help prevent build up of product along the blade. The cleaners and the auto blade tensioner create a bandsaw that has a far better cutting action as well as increasing the life of the bandsaw blades themselves. The STL430 bandsaw comes complete with a product pusher or half sliding table and a thickness plate to help increase the accuracy of the cut. The bandsaws has a safety device which stops the blade running within 4 seconds. The Medoc STL430 bandsaw is built to work in an industrial environment and is suitable for long shifts.

The Medoc STL350 floor standing bandsaw is constructed in 18/10 stainless steel, ideally suited for medium to high usage butchers or meat processors. The bandsaw uses a bandsaw blade of 2500mm in length, held in place by the auto-blade tensioner and blade guides. The blade cleaners are removable without the use of tools for a fast and easy blade replacement process. The bandsaw has stainless steel pulleys with double flaps and a safety device to stop the blade from turning within 4 seconds. The Medoc STL350 bandsaw is sealed to IP65 dust and water protection levels and has incredibly easy access to allow for maintenance and cleaning. The machine can be washed under pressure if necessary. The bandsaw is available as a left or right hand side machine and featues a product pusher or half sliding table and a thickness plate to increase cutting accuracy.
