Turbovac M80 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac M80 vacuum packer is made from high quality stainless steel with a painted aluminium chamber. The lid has a small window in it to help with visibility when packing. The M80 vacuum packer comes as standard with two seal beams, one running along the front of the machine which is 770mm in length and one running along the right hand side of the vacuum chamber which is 500mm in length.Other seal beam configurations are available, please call for more information. The vacuum packer is floor standing and comes with a choice of 1ph or 3ph electric supply. The M80 vacuum packer like the other models in Turbovac's M-range of vac packers comes with a new digital display control panel. This allows the M80 vacuum packer to now come as standard with sensor control. Sensor control in a vacuum packer is a great way to ensure each and every pack that is done in the vacuum packer comes out with the same level of vacuum. This new control panel can store up to 10 different programmes and can also measure moisture levels so that at the optimal moisture point (the point at which moisture starts to leave the product itself) the vacuum packer switches to seal and the minimal amount of moisture is lost from the product being packed. This is extremely beneficial when vacuum packing moist products or liquids. The M80 vacuum packer is one of best selling floor standing vacuum packers, built to be hard wearing, easy to use and great value for money. If you think this machine might be a little too big for your purpose then please take a look at the M70 vacuum packer, all the same benefits but just a bit smaller in size. -
Turbovac T20 Tabletop Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac T20 vacuum packer is the smallest vacuum packer in the Turbovac range. The vacuum packer is constructed from stainless steel and has a stainless steel chamber. The Turbovac vacuum packer has a control panel that holds one program and the vacuum time and seal times can be set individually on the vacuum packer with the digital time controller to suit the customers product and bag types. The T20 vacuum packer comes with a single seal beam which is 280mm in length and a manual that explains in detail how to service and maintain the vacuum packer and vacuum pump. The distance from the vacuum packers seal beam to the back of the vacuum packer's chamber is 310mm. The vacuum packer completes its vacuum packing cycle in approx 30-45 seconds dependent on product being vacuum packed and runs off a standard single phase 3-pin plug. With dimensions of just 365 x 500 x 340mm this vacuum packer is ideal for the customer who has little space. It is a vacuum packer designed for occasional use. -
Turbovac D40 Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac D40 floor standing double chamber vacuum packer is the biggest vac packer in the Turbovac range. The vac packer runs of a 3ph electric supply and comes as standard with 10-programmable control panel, allowing customer to have different programmes for different products. The D40 vacuum packer has sensor control, which means that every product no matter how big or small is vacuum packer to the same level of vacuum. The D40 vac packer comes with a choice of vacuum pumps, the Busch 160m3 pump and the Busch 300m3 pump. The bigger the pump the quicker the cycle time. So if cycle time of an extra 15 seconds is not a problem then the Busch 160m3 pump is the way to go, saving you money. The Turbovac D40 vacuum packer can be fitted with gas flush to further prolong shelf life and this couple with the sensor control can produce 'pillow packs' leaving excess air inside the pack for products that would otherwise be crushed by a standard vacuum. for customer wanted to vacuum pack lots of smaller packs in one go, the Turbovac D40 now has the option of four sealbeams in the chamber, in the shape of a square. Turbovac M70 Floorstanding Vacuum Packer
The Turbovac M70 vacuum packer is floor standing and is constructed from stainless steel with a coated aluminium chamber. These vacuum packers are extremely reliable and competitively priced on both the initial purchase and the required on going servicing and maintenance. The aluminium range of vacuum packing machines has proved to be one of the most popular range of vacuum packers on the market. The M70 vacuum packing machine comes with a digital display which can loaded with up to 10 different programs to suit different product types and different bag thickness. The new Turbovac control panel comes as standard with sensor control, meaning that each pack that is produced has the same level of vacuum regardless of the size of the package. The M70 vacuum packer has various options available, starting with the electric supply. The vacuum packer comes as standard with a Busch 063m3 vacuum pump running of a 3 phase supply, however this can be changed to the equivalent 1 phase vacuum pump for an extra cost. The vacuum packer has two double-seal seal beams, one on the left and one on the right hand side of the machine which are of 500mm in length. The distance between the two seal beams is 500mm. The vacuum packer can also be fitted with a gas flush option which enables the vacuum bag to be flushed with a different combination of gases to help prolong the life of the food packed within. This is often used for products that would normally be crushed upon vacuum and instead of pulling the bag around the product and crushing it, the gas is flushed into the bag creating a sealed bag with a product surrounded by the gas chosen.
